He is an engineer in Electronics & started his entrepreneurial journey from a very bottom level. His hard work, networking & dedication leading him to the corporate world, went on to be project head, engineering head and Marketing head. The experience that he gained from all the above gave him the confidence to start his first venture- a manufacturing & EPC contracting company in 1996 that specialised in its domain- and executed numerous projects in the field of Electrical/Instrumentation/PLC systems & SCADA for prestigious clients both government and semi-government in national and the international arena. As chief promoter of this venture, he incubated the MYJET – concept over 2 year and in the process has built up significant insight in Airlines their operations, their customer preferences, the technology and the business scenario. |

Vinod brings with him the strengths of strong analytical acumen, identifying areas for cost control through business process reviews, Critical evaluation of systems and conducting pre/ post system implementation studies. | ||

MBA from the University of Westminster, London is an IT manager with over 12 year’s industry experience primarily in the complex mathematical world of investment banking. His experience would enable in making WINGS-9 the proprietary scheduling & optimisation solution which is key to making Per-Seat On-Demand a reality. His experience as a frequent flyer will help the organisation to formulate its customer strategy. His worldwide corporate experience would give the organisation an experienced hand in formulating and implementing its management strategy. |

| KESHAVA. SHARMA | ||
After Completing Masters in Science (Electronics) from Rajasthan University and M.Phil (Solid State Electronics) from University of Delhi, Joined DGCA, Civil Aviation Department, Govt of India as Aerodrome Officer in 1985 through UPSC. Switched over to Airports Authority of India on its formation and served in various capacities in the area of Air Traffic Management for almost 20 years as Air Traffic Controller( Aerodrome, Terminal and Enroute RADAR), and short stints as Airport Director. Also as a core group member for modernization of Delhi and Mumbai Air Traffic services, diversified in to ATM automation systems and undergone advance system Adaptation and Testing courses at Raytheon Company of USA including various other Air Traffic and Airport Management courses. In spite of hectic professional commitment, continued pursuing academic interests and completed Masters in Management from S.J.M. School of Management, IIT, and Bombay in 2002 with specialization in Technology and Project Management. Also associated with various activities of Aerospace Engg. Deptt of IIT Bombay as expert on Air Traffic Management and External Examiner to B.Tech and M.Tech Projects. Widely travelled India and abroad, still actively pursuing interests in Risk Modelling in Aviation Systems, Technology Assessment for Various systems, safety research relating to simulation and modelling of human errors and capacity and delay issues relating to Air Traffic Management. |

| SHARVIN. KUURIAN | ||
| Sharvin brings a decade long management experience from his family owned businesses in many domains, like food processing & Chemicals. He demonstrated his domain knowledge as a co- partner in entities known as M/s. Minaxi Fisheries Ltd, and M/s. Forstar Frozen foods Ltd, both promoted by his father Mr. T.C. Kurian a veteran in food processing and chemicals. Sharvin was actively involved in those ventures which are one of the largest processed sea food exporters in western India. Apart from his management experience, he demonstrated his Entrepreneurial skills by establishing a resource management company known as Alpine Management resources, which is having many blue chip companies as its clients. He is a graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University, and a diploma holder in business management. | ||
